Episode 9 of Sartorial Talks is now online on our YouTube channel.
This special episode was recorded last month in Milan at the new bespoke atelier of Ermenegildo Zegna (Via Bigli), where I spent the day with Zegna's Group Artistic Director Alessandro Sartori and with genius master tailor Mario Pecora (of whom we have held the highest respect at PG for many years).
Mario Pecora, together with his son Angelo, has taken the helm of Zegna's first and only bespoke atelier, an atelier which aims to stir a revolution in the feutré and discreet world of traditional bespoke tailoring.
We'll have the chance to report in detail on this new bespoke salon, its particularities, and what it brings to the sartorial debate (e.g., offering a full bespoke experience, from head to toe, from formalwear to sportswear--while giving the possibility for clients to have their own fabric cut of 4 meters...woven exclusively for them!)
